TapIn is a location-based social app for meeting people nearby through public chats, moments, and friend connections. Your location is only shared when you explicitly choose to "Check In".
How to get help
For account issues, bugs, safety reports, or feature questions, email us directly. We typically reply within 24–48 hours.
Common topics
- Privacy & Location: You control when your location is shared. Use "Check In" in the People tab to appear to nearby users for a limited time. You can hide your location anytime via the same screen.
- Blocking & Safety: Block users from their profile or chat. Report concerns by emailing support.
- Deleting your account: Go to Profile → Delete Account at the bottom. This removes your data.
- Notifications: Manage in-app or via device Settings → TapIn.
- Age rating: TapIn is intended for adults (18+) because users can opt-in to display their live location to other users nearby.
